4-5 chilis or rocoto chilis
1 ½ cups of passion fruit juice
1/3 cup of #chillibreeze avocado oil
Juice of 1 lime
1Boil the chillis in enough water for about 10 to 15 minutes
2Put the peppers in cold water so they can cool.
3Peel the peppers. Cut peppers in half and remove the seeds.
4Blend the peel peppers with the passion fruit juice, the avocado oil and the lime juice until smooth a creamy sauce.
5Mix the coriander
