Ingredients

25 gr of fresh basil

2 medium garlic cloves

¼ cup of 100% HASS unfiltered Avocado Oil

A handful of pine nuts (almonds / walnuts

¼ cup of parmesan chesse

A little bit of salt

Directions

1Clean basil leaves. Put them in a blender or food processor (medium / low speed ) with garlic, pine nuts (almonds / walnuts) and a pinch of salt. Begins to grind to a paste.

2Then incorporates the MIRA 100% Hass unfiltered avocado oil gradually until you get a uniform mixture.

3Add the Parmesan cheese and stir. Adjust salt.
