Ingredients:
- 4-5 chili peppers or rocoto peppers
- 1 ½ cups passion fruit juice
- 1/3 cup #chillibreeze avocado oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (cilantro) (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the chilies in enough water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Transfer the chilies to cold water to cool them down.
- Peel the chilies, then cut them in half and remove the seeds.
- Blend the peeled chilies with the passion fruit juice, avocado oil, and lime juice until you achieve a smooth, creamy sauce.
- Mix in the fresh coriander if using.
- Season with salt to taste.
