Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons MIRA Garlic and Spices Avocado Oil
- ½ kg (1 lb) peeled shrimp
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
- Extra MIRA Garlic and Spices Avocado Oil for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté the shrimp and garlic in the MIRA Garlic and Spices Avocado Oil until the shrimp are cooked through and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the lime juice and white wine to the pan to marinate the shrimp.
- Allow the shrimp to marinate in the liquid, then season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro and a few more drizzles of the MIRA Garlic and Spices Avocado Oil.
