-12 Oz of spaghetti
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup basil
- 2 cloves of garlic - 2 tablespoons lemon
- MIRA 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut
- 1/2 cup shelled corn
1Noodles prepared normally. In a food processor, add avocados, garlic, lemon, basil, salt and pepper. With the active engine carefully add the oil. Mix everything and serve.
