Sushi Rolls cucumber & avocado

Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber

- 3 avocados, peeled

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- MIRA 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Avocado Oil

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

1In a bowl mix the avocado, salt, pepper, lemon juice, avocado oil and cilantro, until a compact mass. - Spread the mixture into the peppers and roll them.
